One Resort Premium Hammamet

Very nice and Good hotel very good food, drinks pools super sandy beach maybe a little narrow but do not mind and of course the wonderful warm water in the sea. I think I can recommend.

Overall impression & Location
The hotel scores with an excellent location and a well-kept overall complex. If you are looking for structural perfection according to German DIN standards, you will notice compromises in joints or minor detailed processing - however, by Tunisian standards, the system is architecturally high–quality, modern and kept very clean throughout.
​Catering
The food selection is varied, fresh and has a high level of taste. Some dishes at the buffet are rather discreetly seasoned and could use a little more salt; however, since there are always salt shakers on the tables, this can be easily adjusted individually.
​Service & Entertainment
The entire staff meets the guests extremely friendly, courteous and attentive. The animation team does an excellent job: from versatile activities in the afternoon to evening shows, there is always something on offer. The animators ask sympathetically if you would like to participate, but accept a no immediately and are not intrusive at any time.
​Spa & Wellness
The wellness area is fully recommended. The treatments are professional, the ambience invites you to relax and the price-performance ratio is unbeatably good in direct comparison to Central European prices.
​On-site practice tips
Tipping is firmly anchored in the service culture in Tunisia and is an essential part of the recognition for the service staff. Even small gestures of 2 to 5 dinars for room service, restaurant or bartender are rewarded with great gratitude and especially attentive service.

Advantages: The hotel and the outdoor facilities are tiptop clean and well maintained.
The staff is very friendly, the service in every area courteous and committed.
It was an all inclusive experience with pure enjoyment and well-being.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Cisza, spokój, czysto, fantastyczna obsługa na każdym poziomie. Rewelacyjne baseny, bezpośredni dostęp do plaży i morza. Urozmaicone posiłki. Kolacje to codzienna uczta. Ogromny plus za całodobowy EXpres z pełnym węzłem napojowym i fast foodem na wysokim, urozmaiconym poziomie. Z animacji nigdy nie korzystam, ale widziałem że były dostępne cały czas. Wolę dostęp nieograniczony animacjami do ping ponga, darta czy... Bule. A to tu było. Plus animacje wieczorne. Minusy: słabsze alkohole, jak dla kogoś to ważny czynnik to raczej wyższy level, chociaż przyzwoite wino i dobre piwo+ bardzo dobry anyżowy pastis i rewelacyjny lokalny alkohol daktylowy boukha.Co najmniej pół gwiazdki odjęte za wszechobecne muchy, nie wiem czy nam tak trafiło czy to problem codzienny, ale była to duża uciążliwość.

This was our second stay at One Resort Premium and once again we are delighted. We feel at home here. This place has a unique atmosphere and wonderful people. Beautiful beach and garden. Huge thanks to all the staff - reception staff, cooks, waiters, bartenders, cleaning crew, rescuers, animators and security. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and smiling. Great admiration and respect for their hard work. Due to my health situation, we wanted a room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the reception told us that all the rooms on the ground floor are already occupied. However, we do not have any complaints about the hotel, because we know that we could have made such a request earlier before arrival. For next year, the travel agency has already sent our request to the hotel and we hope that it will be possible to take it into account.Everything was really wonderful. Thank you for another wonderful stay! We have been to many places and many hotels, aleONE RESORT PREMIUM remains our number 1!We will be back next year-for the third time!See you guys.

I went there with my mother in May/2025. It was perfect, the welcome was great. The staff was also great with us.The setting was beautiful and we ate very well. The buffet was varied throughout our stay.We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday at the One Resort Premium Hammamet, everything was just right. From the warm welcome at check-in, the waiters, maids and especially the beach "Boy", when he was there, the toilets on the beach were always very clean. Great praise also to the whole animation team, it was never intrusive and enough entertainment for everyone. Since we had booked a rest rather than a party holiday, this was just right. The hotel is modern, spacious and luxurious. We had live music in the restaurant and also in the lobby bar there was often a piano player.We would book this hotel again at any time and also recommend it to our friends.

Everything in this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Food, staff, drinks and clean , view. Special mention to Ons who was soooo incredibly amazing & so friendly. Made our week the best week ever!❤️

We had an excellent stay at One Resort Premium Hammamet. The hotel is very pleasant, well maintained and has a fantastic location right by the beach. The outdoor areas are beautiful, the swimming pools are lovely and the atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to relax.The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. There was a good variety of food, with plenty of choices available at every meal.We especially enjoyed the beach and the hotel’s outdoor areas, where you can easily spend relaxing days without even needing to leave the resort. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday in Hammamet. We would be very happy to return.

Lovely hotel. Great staff especially ons she was very tentative and fun. She was the instructor for yoga and it was a great activity. I suggest it to all. The food was also great with a good array of different foods😍

The hotel was completely renovated 2 years ago. The rooms are very modern and clean. There were fish and shrimp very often. At breakfast there was a large selection of cakes and croissants. We could always eat on the terrace which was very pleasant. The service on the terrace was very good and attentive. All the hotel staff knew English. Some also knew German, so there were no communication problems. The hotel has 2 pool areas. The infinity pool was especially nice. The beach was very clean. There were enough beds, although the hotel was fully booked. There were enough activities that were unobtrusively pointed out. The animation team is trying very hard to inquire about the well-being.

Just had a lovely stay at one resort premium , lovely location , pools and beach front. All the staff were really friendly and I loved Ons yoga classes in the morning ❤️

Advantages: The room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in and, considering my boyfriend and I travel a lot, it's a compliment we don't do often. Also upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade of the room, with private pool and sea view, a gesture much appreciated! The food was great, with a huge variety of choice, maybe even too much! The beach was comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the pools were simply magnificent. A special thanks goes to the entertainers Federico, Ezy and Momo, always kind, helpful and welcoming. In particular Federico involved us from the first day with great spontaneity and sympathy, making us feel immediately at ease despite having booked independently through Booking. A far from obvious attention, which helped to make the holiday even more pleasant. Disadvantages: The only point I would improve is the service in the bars. In most cases the staff were not particularly friendly and we noticed a distinct difference in treatment towards guests leaving tips. I believe that hospitality and kindness should be guaranteed to everyone equally.
